    Dealer ship was good. However my diesel had trouble starting the next 2 times I started it. Air in the fuel system. After that it was fine. The staff was kind, courteous, and accommodating.

    Jason in financial happened to be going in the side door and he answered a couple questions, turns out he was who we needed to see to finalize on a totalled vehicle. Joel introduced himself later, so when we did come back to look, we hooked up with him. He was pleasant mannered and knowledgeable, as we worked together with everyone from other salesman to management. Lots of questions, in person and on the phone, over the course of a week but very satisfied from first stop to the final handshakes!!

    2nd time in for same issue. Service manager Rochelle stepped in and really dug into what was going on. Issue still not resolved, but she is on it with GM to see what next steps are to resolve our lighting issue. Thanks Rochelle!
